Areas of Practice Corporate Finance Experience and Representative Matters After graduating from law school, Mr. Tinsley served first as Law Clerk and then as Assistant Counsel to the Federal Reserve Board in Washington before beginning his practice of law in Dallas. During his career he has primarily practiced corporate law. He has represented and served as director for many corporate clients, including Dallas-based Bonanza Steakhouses, Braniff Arilines, Earth Resources Co., LTV Coropration, National Bank of Commerce, Omega-Alpha, Inc., and Transport Insurance Co. He has represented clients in many mergers and acquisitions, and has represented six different securities dealers at various times either the underwriter or seller in more that 50 public offerings of equity or debt securities. Mr. Tinsley has served as special counsel to American National Insurance Company and other participating institutional lenders in financing resort hotels in Nevada. He has successfully defended enforcement lawsuits by the SEC and has served as special Texas litigation counsel for the American Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Bill has represented real estate development company with properties in Texas and Arizona valued at over a billion dollars. He has represented the debtor or a creditor in several major bankruptcy cases. Mr. Tinsley has represented the receiver in two receiverships involving the sale of real estate interests to foreign investors. He has also been counsel or executor for several decedent estates.
