Background

Mr. Anderson practices in the areas of aviation law, business and commercial litigation, and tax law.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Anderson was a Captain for Delta Air Lines. There, he flew numerous aircraft types including the B727, B737, L1011, MD88, B757, B767, and MD11, as well as corporate jets and turboprops. He is type rated in the DC9, B737, B757, B767, and MD11 aircraft.

While at Delta, Mr. Anderson was an active leader in the Air Line Pilots Association. He served in both elected and appointed positions, and was actively involved in the collective bargaining process between the pilots and airline management. His involvement played an instrumental role in helping the pilots of his airline achieve an industry leading contract.
