Mr. Norman practices in the areas of banking, real estate, general corporate, partnership law and creditors’ rights issues. He has a wealth of experience in documenting complex financial transactions and structuring investment partnerships, with an emphasis on the real estate arena.

Real Estate Experience

David has provided general representation to a variety of financial institutions, real estate companies, REITs, private foundations and other real estate concerns for over 20 years. David is well versed in all aspects of real estate law and banking law.

Handled work for a publicly traded REIT that invests in free-standing office/warehouse income producing properties on numerous real estate acquisitions, divestiture work and leasing work.

Represented REIT that invests in primarily single family and multi-family residential properties.

Counsel to owners of a major shopping mall in Texas.
Counsel for a commercial group which owns and operates numerous shopping centers in Texas, Nevada and Florida on entity formation, real estate acquisitions and financings.

Represents a private foundation with real estate holdings in Texas and Colorado. Experience in entity formation, investments in real estate ventures, acquisitions and divestitures and private foundation issues.

Continually handles numerous financial institution work and general real estate work for a variety of clients.
