Practice Areas Banking Law Practice Emphasis Mrs. Legato-Kay practices primarily in the areas of transactional banking and real estate law. She assists clients with documenting commercial and residential financial transactions and real estate transactions. She also assists clients with debt collection matters. Mrs. Legato-Kay's experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents and real estate contracts, as well as documenting U.S. Small Business Administration loans.
