Practice Emphasis

Mr. Mullins represents emerging businesses and established organizations in the areas of corporate, securities and general business law. Mr. Mullins has advised clients on a diverse range of issues, with an emphasis on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and venture capital financings.

Prior to joining Scheef & Stone, Mr. Mullins served as in-house counsel for HBK Investments, a hedge fund investment manager, and in private practice with Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, Vinson & Elkins and Hughes & Luce.
