Ms. Watson has assisted clients in the areas of corporate and securities law, as well as some employment law. She has worked with companies of various sizes handling business transactions and SEC filings as well as matters related to corporate governance. Ms. Watson worked as an in-house counsel to a large international public company on certain SEC matters including filings, contracts and agreements and employment issues related to the company.
           
Most recently, Ms. Watson has focused her time on all phases of recruiting and marketing for law firms and corporations. Prior to joining Scheef & Stone, she worked for a large international recruiting company, specializing in attorney placement.
