Obtained a Permanent injunction against three former employees for violations
of a covenant not to compete, appropriation of trade secrets, and breach

Obtained a Permanent Injunction against a jewelry manufacturer for copyright
infringement. Barse & Co., Inc. v. Star Tex Imports, L.P., No. 3:04-CV-835-BD
(N.D. Texas Mar. 28th, 2006)
Successfully obtained a Temporary Restraining Order, and successfully defeated
a competing Temporary Restraining Order and Temporary Injunction in a complex
franchise dispute. Jantt Corporation, et al. v. Pirtek USA, LLC, et al.,
No. 05-011411 (298th Dist. Ct., Dallas County, Tex., Nov. 10th, 2005)
As lead counsel for a Chapter 7 Trustee, successfully recovered almost $1,000,000
for the bankruptcy estate, and reduced the number of claims by over $30,000,000.

Obtained a $250,000.00 judgment against a former business partner of a client
for fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation. Brooks, et al. v. Shevlin,

Obtained a Temporary Injunction against a former employee for violations
of a covenant not to compete, appropriation of trade secrets, and breach

Successfully overturned a $600,000.00 judgment against an industrial machine
manufacturer. John Hendley v. Red River Machinery, Inc. et al., No. GNO-00205
(53rd Dist. Ct., Travis County, Tex., Aug. 20th, 2002)
Seized an entire furniture store and warehouse, and had the merchandise sold
at auction, in order to satisfy a judgment obtained on behalf of a client.
Joe Sayklay, et al. v. Helena Wood, No DV-99-07401 (68th Dist. Ct., Dallas
County, Tex., Nov. 4th, 1999) Presented a Continuing Legal Education speech
