Practice Emphasis

Ms. Benes practices in all areas of business law.  Her experience includes the formation, conversion, and governance of domestic and foreign entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.  Ms. Benes also assists entities in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, credit facilities, and other general corporate matters.

During law school, Ms. Benes gained valuable experience through her internships with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.
