• Defended multi-million dollar suit for an information technologies reseller brought by competitor for alleged tortious interference with contacts and corporate raiding.
• For partner in restaurant industry, Mr. Womack obtained judgement against partnership and liquidated partnership assets.
• Obtained dismissal of suit brought by Arizona sales representative for Texas manufacturer.
• Terminated local sales staff and closed Dallas sales offices for Hong Kong manufacturer.
• Obtained order from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors directing construction company to redo construction to proper standards in favor of private individual.
• Successfully defended housing discrimintation complaint filed by homeowner with the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
• Defended creditor's breach of contract and indemnity claims for bankruptcy trustee in a multi-million dollar adversary proceeding.
• Instrumental in bringing to production and selling oil well for investors of an energy exploration company. Also instrumental in recovering and returning a significant portion of principal to investors in gas well.
