Travis Schwaer focuses on representing clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of raw land, office, retail, multi-family and mixed-use properties. His clients include special servicers, real estate developers, investors, institutional lenders and other national and multi-national corporate entities.

• Representation of a special servicer in the sale and leasing of multiple commercial REO properties across the nation (over 50 transactions in 2009).

• Representation of a national developer in the purchase of 5.82 acres of land and construction financing for a 298 unit luxury apartment community valued at approximately $111,000,000 located in Marina del Rey, California.

• Representation of a national special servicer in the modification of numerous CMBS loans and other loans secured by real property.

• Representation of a national developer in the sale of a 575 unit mixed-use development valued at approximately $224,000,000 located in San Mateo, California.

• Representation of a national developer in the acquisition and financing of three adjacent apartment communities with a total value of approximately $152,000,000 located in Framingham, Massachusetts.

• Representation of multiple financial institutions in various financing projects located in Texas, California and Arizona totaling over $100,000,000.
