Receiverships

The Firm has extensive experience in working with governmental authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the United States Commodities Futures Trading Commission in either serving as the Receiver, or representing the Receiver, in cases brought by governmental authorities in federal court to shut down illegal investment programs. This securities fraud experience extends to enforcement of the Sarbanes Oxley Act and seizing funds both domestically and internationally.
