Scheef & Stone assists all business clients in the various transactions in which a company engages in the day-to-day operations, a growth or reduction phase, or the strategic addition of various goods and services to its offerings and / or product lines. Representation includes negotiation with partners and vendors, seeking out the best way to structure a transaction or business arrangement, or reviewing the current business goals and objectives and working with the client as they achieve these goals.
