Scheef & Stone Prevails Over AT & T Corporation

Ms. Koonce and Mr. Garrison faced the one of the largest telecommunications companies in court last week. Committed to the client’s best interests, they came armed with the evidence and the utmost determination, to do everything they could for Sky Logistics International, Inc. AT & T sued Sky Logistics for tens of thousands of dollars related to international toll free services. The jury denied AT & T any recovery and instead found that AT & T had committed fraud, deceptive trade practices, and breached its contract with Sky Logistics, and awarded Sky Logistics lost profits damages, as well as attorney’s fees. Needless to say, Sky Logistics was pleased with the result and Ms. Koonce and Mr. Garrison’s services.
